Bridge Cove handles inquiry information with discretion. This page outlines, in plain terms, what we collect, why, and how it is used.

  1. 01

    Information we collect

Bridge Cove collects only the information necessary to review an inquiry and to respond appropriately. This typically includes the name, email address, organisation, jurisdiction, funding range, project stage, and the written details supplied through our contact form, alongside any correspondence that follows.

We may also collect limited technical information from website visits, such as device type, browser, and aggregate analytics data, used solely to maintain and improve the site.

  2. 02

    How inquiries are used

Inquiry information is used to assess relevance and fit, to prepare for an initial conversation, and to provide a considered response. It is not used for unsolicited marketing, list-building, or onward distribution.

Submitting an inquiry does not create an advisory relationship and does not guarantee funding, introductions, or representation.

  3. 03

    Confidentiality

All correspondence is treated as confidential. Information shared with Bridge Cove is handled with discretion and accessed only by those involved in reviewing or progressing the inquiry.

Where a specific engagement proceeds, additional confidentiality arrangements may be agreed in writing.

  4. 04

    Cookies and analytics

The site uses a minimal set of cookies and may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand general usage patterns, such as which pages are most read. We do not use advertising trackers or sell behavioural data.

Most browsers allow cookies to be limited or cleared through their settings.

  5. 05

    Third-party services

Bridge Cove uses a small number of established third-party service providers — for example, for hosting, email delivery, and analytics. These providers process information only as necessary to deliver their service and are expected to maintain appropriate confidentiality and security standards.

  6. 06

    Data retention

Inquiry information is retained for as long as it is relevant to the conversation it relates to, and thereafter only where there is a legitimate reason to do so, such as ongoing dialogue, record-keeping, or applicable legal obligations.

Where retention is no longer required, information is either removed or anonymised.
